Espresso Martini’s are one of our favourite post-dinner drinks to order. But by using cold brew instead of expresso you can create a much lighter cocktail, perfect for any time. Our bar cart is bursting at the moment and we were desperate to open some of our new bottles with their perfect packaging. This recipe seemed like the perfect one to give a go.
It’s very simple and only requires a few ingredients per glass, simply double the recipe as needed.
Cold Brew Martini Ingredients:
25 ml of a good Vodka (this is our current favourite)
25 ml of coffee Liqueur ( we love this cold pressed one)
50 ml of Fitch cold brew
optional 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup if you like things sweeter
Cocktail shaker or mason jar
Add your ice to your cocktails shaker and pour over your vodka, coffee liqueur and cold brew (add sugar syrup if using).
Our measurements are a guide. If you want to turn things up a notch, add 50 ml of vodka but our cold brew martini already packs a hit so don’t say we didn’t warn you!
This is arguably the most important step. It’s crucial to getting that froth recognised with coffee martinis. So give it your best shot.
Voila. Cold brew martini’s at the ready.
Simply sit back and enjoy!
